ran a photo of one of my ceramic and fabric doll sculptures through
Google's filter program 'deepdream' a software with image recognizing
capabilities, where small details of the pictures are picked out by the
software and exaggerated in strange and mesmerizing ways.
Google says the tool was "primarily created to research artificial neural networks, providing new insight into image classification and speech recognition."
The artistic images appear to have been an accidental by-product, but led the company to make the software open source.
My sculpture is now a strange dog with a fur dress that apears to have a duck melting off it :) :o <3 span="">3> ...
